Colorwave Corner Returns Policy

All sales of clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns

  1. All Returns for undamaged, unopened items must made within 30-days of receipt for refund. Returns made within 60 days will be issued a store credit only.
  2. Call customer service at 866-923-0001 to obtain authorization for return.
  3. Please complete the return form which will be included in your shipment and enclose it in the box with the return. Information requested will be: return authorization number, your order number, name, address, email address and phone number along with instructions on how you would like the return to be handled. If you do not have a return form in your package, please contact Customer Service for a copy.
  4. The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost.
  5. All returns must be insured for the value of the item and packed to arrive damage free.
  6. Preferred carrier for returns is UPS. If items are damaged in transit, as the ‘shipper’ you will be responsible for filing the claim.
  7. Customer will be credited or refunded for the merchandise that is returned in good/unused condition.
  8. For items that are returned in orders with free shipping, we will issue credit for the return minus the original cost of shipment.
  9. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any returns.
  10. Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise in our warehouse.
  11. Returns of merchandise with a total over $175 or more requires a restocking fee of 15%

Exchanges

  1. All exchanges for items must made within 30-days of receipt.
  2. Call customer service at 866-923-0001 to obtain authorization for return.

Information requested will be: return authorization number, your order number, name, address, email address and phone number along with instructions on how you would like the exchange to be handled. If you do not have a return form in your package, please contact Customer Service.
  4. Special orders & Import orders may NOT be exchanged or canceled.
  5. The customer will be responsible for returning merchandise at their cost.
  6. All exchanges must be insured for the value of the item(s) and packed to arrive damage free.

  11. Once the exchanged item(s) is received in good condition, your exchanged item(s) will be shipped and/or a credit will be processed.

Return of Gift

  7. We can offer you a credit toward other merchandise or we can credit the purchaser's credit card once we have the product.

  9. Items that are returned in orders with free shipping, will be refunded for items returned minus the original cost of shipment.
  10. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any return.
  11. Refunds for returns are issued within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise in our warehouse.
  12. For security reasons, we regret that we cannot refund gift certificate purchases.

Damaged Merchandise

  1. Please call customer service at 866-923-0001. We will assist in the replacement or refund of the damaged merchandise.
  2. All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 10-days of receipt of merchandise.
  3. Please keep damaged items, carton and packing materials. The parcel carrier may need to inspect these items as part of the claims process.
  4. Once you report the damage to us, we will process your replacement and process the claim with the carrier.
  5. Our customer service staff can help you to determine how to handle the broken/defective items in your possession.
  6. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded.
